It is amazing to think that ten years have already passed since the founding of THE INTERNATIONAL YACHTING MEDIA, the digital publisher specializing in the yachting industry, which launched its first portal in Italian on June 8, 2014.
Over these years, the dynamic group has implemented numerous innovations and acquisitions to support its expansion, eventually publishing five journals, now available in as many as 17 international editions.
The acquisition of YACHT DIGEST, considered the group’s most prestigious title, took place in 2019, the year when the first issue of the browsable multimedia magazine was published. This initiative has been able to bring the appeal of paper to the digital world, improving graphic rendering and multimedia, with global success.
After a decade of triumphs, we therefore decided to revamp TuttoBarche, giving it our jewel as a vessel: YACHT DIGEST.
The new magazine features revamped graphics and functionality and responds to the web address YACHTDIGEST.COM, a domain of great significance.
YACHT DIGEST presents itself as an exclusive container, where you can flip through the pages of the quarterly digital magazine and enjoy the daily news and evidence that TuttoBarche has shared with us over the years. And the news doesn’t stop there.
YACHTDIGEST.COM will also become the reference portal, among five other magazines, to bring together all the useful sections of the group, such as our Online Portolan chart, the most consulted in the world, which offers information on ports and Anchorages on a single chart.
In addition, the Boats for Sale section will be an integral part of the new boating portal, which, as you may have guessed, will centralize all the resources needed by boat owners, in four languages: Italian, English, French, and Spanish.

It has been completely revamped in terms of graphics and the technological platform that supports it. It is a fast, multimedia system that enables easy reading of nautical news, both on smartphones and computers.

This browsable nautical magazine is the most widely read in the world. Completely ad-free, it is published every three months in three languages by The International Yachting Media and collects the best of the articles published in the period in all the group’s publications.
Each issue of Yacht Digest – Luxury Edition is consulted by more than 500 thousand readers.
Again, the Portolano Online is hosted on a renovated and improved technological platform. The new version allows everyone to add ports and Anchorages, which, once verified by the editorial staff, will be published for readers to use. Registered users will also be able to use the “favorites” function, a useful tool for saving desired ports or anchorages to their personal list.
The new Boats for Sale section will continue to host, as always at no cost, ads from those who wish to offer their boats for sale, whether from individuals or brokers. For those looking for a used boat, the big news is the new and further improved search function, which will allow you to filter results quickly and easily to find what you want. Also available is the “favorites” function, which allows you to save selected ads in your personal area.
