Cala Gració is located along the coast of the island of Ibiza, in the northwestern part.
It is a U-shaped cove, bordered on the north by Cap Negret and on the south by Cap Blanc and is divided internally into two smaller coves.
As you enter the bay and keep to the right, you will encounter the larger cove.
The smaller inlet, on the other hand, is called Cala Gracioneta and is located in the northernmost and westernmost part of the bay.
The two inlets are divided from each other by a small promontory.
The seabed is sandy, with seaweed.
The waters are crystal clear and generally calm.
The winds that affect the bay are from the west, southwest, and northwest, while the area is well protected from currents from other directions.
The best place to stay at anchor in cala Gració is in the central part, at least 150 meters from the shore, where the seabed has a depth ranging from four to six meters.
The cove is surrounded by low red stone cliffs and is in a semi-urbanized area with a few small buildings.
Small boathouses have been built near the beach.
Cala Gració’s two beaches both have fine white sand and are bordered by beautiful pine forests.
Those arriving here by car can park their cars in the adjacent free parking lot.
You can also get to the beaches of Cala Gració by bus: the nearest bus stop is 800 meters from the main beach and one kilometer from Gracioneta beach.
A public telephone and showers can be found on the main beach.
The center of Sant Antoni de Portmany is about 1.5 kilometers away from the bay, making it a fairly crowded destination in the summertime.
In the immediate vicinity of Cala Gració you can find restaurants, hotels and a few clubs.
A little further north, there is another fairly acclaimed cove on the west coast of Ibiza: Cala Salada
