Baia di Kolorat – Cres

Dropping anchor on the island of Cres

Kolorat Cove is a bay in Croatia’s Dalmatian coast, articulated in many arms, surrounded by greenery. The water is crystal clear and transparent, and it is a good area for anchoring one’s boat.

It is located in the Punta Kriza area of the island of Cres.

There are buoys (on a dead body) with concrete plinths with the top prepared for boat connection.
The bay is subject to bora. The northern arm provides good shelter.
Unlike many years ago, as of today the bay can be very crowded with yachts, sailboats and motorboats.
