Dopo il successo dellโanno scorso a Marina di Varazze torna il Classic Cars, concorso di eleganza per auto dโepoca che si terrร nelle giornate di sabato 8 e domenica 9 giugno.
Questโanno, la manifestazione รจ stata iscritta nel calendario ASI (Automotoclub Storico Italiano) ed รจ stata presentata a Milano dal Marina di Varazze insieme con Club Ruote dโEpoca Riviera dei Fiori.
Confermata come nel 2018 la formula โagileโ con lโarrivo il sabato pomeriggio e la premiazione la domenica a pranzo. Per permettere una vasta adesione la Fee di partecipazione รจ stata mantenuta particolarmente bassa, il contributo sarร infatti di soli 120,00 Euro con inclusi il light dinner del sabato e il pranzo con premiazione della domenica.
Basterร quindi presentare un automobile che risalga a prima del 1980 per permetterle di arrivare all’incontro clou della domenica, la sfilata che percorrerร il Lungomare Europa โ chiaramente chiuso al traffico per lโoccasione –ย e arriverร fino al comune adiacente di Cogoleto.
Non mancheranno le novitร , che riguarderanno in particolar modo le categorie di premiazione. Oltre ai confermati premi โBest in showโ e โVeteranaโ che rispettivamente lโanno scorso hanno visto il successo di una Volkswagen Karmann-Ghia del 1963 e di una Rolls Royce del 1917, saranno infatti assegnati i nuovi premi: โAnteguerraโ per le vetture dagli anni โ50 ai โ70 e โPremio speciale del Pubblicoโ con le votazioni che si chiuderanno il sabato sera, quindi solo per le vetture giunte il primo giorno.
Dal 15 aprile ci sarร il via alle iscrizioni e ci si augura di superare il numero di iscritti della passata edizione che vedeva circa una trentina di auto concorrere tra loro. Non รจ ancora annunciata la rosa che comporrร la giuria del 2019 che un anno fa era composta de personalitร del calibro di Leonardo Fioravanti, lo storico designer Ferrari; Lorenzo Beltrami il coordinatore regionale ASI per la Liguria, Piemonte e Val dโAosta; il pilota Tazio Nuvolari; il presidente del Club Auto dโEpoca Riviera dei Fiori Augusto Zerbone e, ovviamente, il direttore di Marina di Varazze Giorgio Casareto.
Assistere al Classic Cars 2019, da partecipante o da spettatore, non sarร solo un privilegio per gli amanti del genere, ma due giorni in cui anche lโocchio dello spettatore meno appassionato, potrร scorgere lโevoluzione nei decenni di un settore che rappresenta sicuramente uno dei fiori all’occhiello riconosciuto a livello mondiale dellโindustria italiana.
