In Florida CMC marine presenta la nuova gamma di mini pinne stabilizzatrici
CMC Marine, l’azienda pisana che dal 2005 produce sistemi di stabilizzazione per yachts, anche quest’anno รจ stata presente al FLIBS. Al salone nautico che si รจ tenuto a Fort Lauderdale dal 28 ottobre al 1ยฐ novembre, presso lo Stand 707 del Padiglione Superyacht della Zona Gialla, il produttore toscano ha esposto la recente โpinnaโ ultracompatta STAB 25 della linea Waveless.
La presenza alla manifestazione, considerata la piรน grande del settore, รจ stata l’occasione per ribadire il forte legame che c’รจ fra CMC Marine e gli States. Nella cittadina della Florida, la fabbrica guidata da Alessandro Cappiello dal 2018 ha infatti la sua sede americana.
Inoltre, il 25% degli yachts equipaggiati con sistemi CMC Marine navigano in queste acque fra USA e Caraibi.
Il nuovo stabilizzatore elettrico, dalle dimensioni contenute e particolarmente adatto all’installazione su yacht inferiori a 70 piedi, utilizza la stessa tecnologia impiegata per Stabilis Electra HS60, il โfratello maggioreโ che ha reso CMC Marine leader mondiale nella produzione di stabilizzatori per superyachts e montato a bordo dellโAzimut Grande 27 Metri, esposto presso lo stand di Azimut Yachts.
Per anni, la convinzione รจ stata quella che negli yacht di medie dimensioni gli โstabilizzatori a pinnaโ non si potessero utilizzare, perchรฉ inadattabili. Nessuna alternativa al giroscopico, ma oggi, CMC Marine, sfruttando i principi della robotica di automazione e le tecnologie usate per le pinne e l’elettronica dei modelli piรน grandi, stravolge le regole di un mercato che dimostra di apprezzare la novitร . Con soli 9,5 pollici di ingombro, questo strumento utile e indispensabile รจ destinato a monopolizzare la piazza degli stabilizzatori per barche.
La nuova gamma Waveless รจ composta, oltre che da STAB 25 (la piรน piccola, con una superficie di soli 65 cmยฒ) per barche da 40 a 55 piedi, da STAB 30 per barche da 50 a 78 piedi e da STAB 40 per barche da 78 a 125 piedi.
I punti di forza di questa linea sono la semplicitร di installazione e utilizzo (semplice tasto on/off). La velocitร , la qualitร e il rumore quasi inesistente. Soprattutto, le dimensioni. Minime, ottenute grazie all’assenza dell’albero. Le flange sono imbullonate fra loro e nessun elemento esterno collega “pinna” a motore. E meno massa significa meno peso. Motori piccoli ma potenti, dalla coppia generosa giร a basse rivoluzioni. La serie Waveless include anche TRIM, il sistema di controllo modulare. Leggero, veloce e robusto, integrabile con ogni STAB per un perfetto controllo dello yacht. A seconda delle dimensioni e delle caratteristiche dello scafo, per assecondare al meglio le proprie esigenze, si puรฒ scegliere fra TRIM: 350, 600, 900 e 1100.
L’assorbimento di potenza รจ minimo, una media complessiva di 2 kW. La stessa di un fornello a induzione. I valori di picco per i 3 modelli sono rispettivamente di 2, 3 e 7 kW. In pratica, STAB 25 e 30 funzionano anche senza un generatore in movimento. Possono essere alimentati direttamente dalle batterie, ovviamente con l’aiuto di un inverter.
Il montaggio รจ economico e, soprattutto, semplice: la “pinna”, ad esempio, si allinea utilizzando il software interno.
