Il crowfounding รจ un fenomeno in grande ascesa nel mondo tanto che l’Universitร ย di Cambridge,ย in collaborazione conย Ernst & Young,ย ha verificato che la raccolta fondi a livello globale nel 2015ย รจย stata diย 34.4 Miliardiย di dollari, mentre erano 16,2 nelย 2014 e solo 5,1 nel 2013. Dopo il Regno Unito (2,3 miliardi di Euro), la Francia รจ al secondo posto con una raccolta di (154 milioni)ย mentre la Germania occupaย il terzo postoย con 140 milioni di Euro.
Per quanto riguarda l’Italia, daย ย un rapportoย realizzatoย aย fine ottobre del 2015 dallโUniversitร Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, รจ emerso che il valore complessivo di raccolta delle piattaforme italiane a fine 2015 รจย di circa 56,8 milioni di Euro.
