Un altro progettistaย italiano alla conquista del mondo della nautica internazionale: l’inglese Fairline ha infattiย annunciato che Alberto Manciniย collaborerร  al design delle loro imbarcazioni, una gamma che va dai 38 ai 78 piedi di lunghezza. Questo in concomitanza anche con l’inizio della loroย collaborazione conย l’olandese Vripack. “Abbiamo deciso di mettere insiemeย il fiuto e lo stile Alberto Mancini – ha dichiarato Russell Currie, Managing Director di Fairline –ย l’eccellenza di Vripack nel mondo della costruzione e dell’ingegnerizzazione delle barche, e infine la proverbiale eccellenza inglese nel della nautica a motore. Il risultato รจ una combinazione eccitante.”

Mancini, classe 1978, ha il suo studio nel centro di Trieste รจ al sua attivo collaborazioni come marchi come Baglietto, Overmarine Mangusta, Dominator, Barracuda, Magnum e Otam. Per il momento non รจ stata ancora annunciato nessun nuovo modello, solo alcuni primi schizzi, ma a sembra che breve saranno annunciate le prime novitร  per la prossima stagione. Andrew Pope, a capo design team di Fairline ha dichiarato che “Al termine di un’accurato processo per la scelta della persona giusta ci ย hanno convinto la capacitร  e laย sensibilitร ย di Alberto nell’intendere la filosofia di Fairline, e l’entusiasmo che ha mostrato nel voler collaborare con noi“.

Da parte su Mancini pensa giร  decisamente al futuro: “Stiamo immaginando una nuova era per Fairline Yachts, con un nuovo, elegante design sia per gli interni che per gli esterni. La mia ispirazione arriva sia dalla mia esperienza nel disegnare mega yacht, ma anche dalla lunga storia di Fairline nel fare barcheย senza tempo,ย classiche, da possedere per cinquant’anni“.
