Lusben, azienda leader nel settore dello yacht refit & repair, ha annunciato un importante piano di investimenti per i prossimi 3 anni e un nuovo assetto societario con la nomina di Giorgio Casareto a General Manager.
Lโazienda, che fa parte del Gruppo Azimut | Benetti, ha intrapreso un percorso di espansione che prevede il potenziamento di infrastrutture e servizi, nonchรฉ lo sviluppo di nuove tecnologie in grado di soddisfare le crescenti richieste di refitting, maintenance & repair per i grandi yachts.
Oltre a Casareto, Lusben vede anche lโingresso di Giovanni Paladino come Commercial Director, in seguito allโesperienza maturata con incarichi di apicale responsabilitร nellโambito commerciale e di project management allโinterno di importanti gruppi industriali internazionali; a completare la nuova struttura corporate a riporto del General Manager, ci saranno infine Alessandro Lazzerini, nel ruolo di Operations Director, responsabile di produzione, pianificazione, logistica e gestione progetti per i cantieri, e Leonardo Santini nel ruolo di Procurement Manager.
Figure che saranno cruciali nello sviluppo della struttura di vendita per incrementare la presenza dellโazienda sul mercato tutte le funzioni afferenti alle strutture aziendali di Livorno, Viareggio e Varazze.
A tal proposito i cambiamenti non riguardano solo il fattore umano ma anche un importante piano di investimenti da 19 milioni di euro per il 2023: il progetto prevede il potenziamento dei siti produttivi di Varazze e Livorno e l’ampliamento dei servizi offerti, per soddisfare le crescenti esigenze di operatori ed armatori italiani ed internazionali.
Per quanto riguarda il sito di Livorno, Lusben ha destinato 12 milioni di euro per la ristrutturazione dell’area bacini, acquisita giร nel maggio 2022. Al termine dei lavori, la superficie totale sarร cresciuta fino a 220.000 mq, di cui 90.000 mq area cantiere, con uno specchio dโacqua antistante pari a 130.000 mq.
Questa innovativa operazione consentirร lโaccoglienza simultanea a terra fino a 3 imbarcazioni di lunghezza superiore ai 100 metri, oltre a quelle giร abitualmente ospitate. Il numero dei posti barca disponibili a terra salirร cosรฌ a 35 unitร , mentre per quelli in acqua a 32. Il sito dispone inoltre di un sincro-lift da 2400 ton, di una banchina galleggiante lunga 180 metri con una capacitร di 18.000 tonnellate e di una darsena chiusa dedicata ai lavori da effettuarsi allโormeggio.
Riqualificazione che vedrร interessato anche il sito di Varazze, dove Lusben ha in programma unโambiziosa opera, attualmente in fase di progettazione, che prevede un investimento pari a circa 7 milioni di euro che consentirร lโaccoglienza simultanea a terra di fino a 3 imbarcazioni di lunghezza superiore ai 100 metri, oltre a quelle giร abitualmente ospitate.
L’area dispone di 15 posti barca a terra, in aggiunta ai 12 ormeggi a mare della marina tecnica. A completamento lavori saranno altresรฌ disponibili servizi per gli ospiti nellโarea dedicata agli equipaggi.
Insomma un 2023 che per Lusben si prefigura ricco di cambiamenti e novitร , che danno nuova linfa e che proiettano la Societร ad essere sempre piรน leader di un mercato, quello del refit & repair di yachts e superyachts, sempre piรน in espansione.
