Grand Soleil Cup 2024, appuntamento il 21-23 giugno in Costa Smeralda

Torna dal 21 al 23 giugno in Costa Smeralda uno degli appuntamenti più attesi da tutti gli appassionati di vela, la Grand Soleil Cup. L’edizione 2024 è pronta a riconfermarsi come punto di riferimento per gli amanti delle barche a vela: un momento di sfida, condivisione e convivialità che per la sua ventiduesima edizione ha scelto una delle isole più suggestive del Mediterraneo, ovvero la Sardegna. La regata è organizzata dal Cantiere del Pardo, che proprio quest’anno festeggia i suoi cinquant’anni di vita: è infatti di questo rinomato costruttore italiano la paternità del marchio Grand Soleil Yachts, con una flotta di barche a vela tra le più diffuse e utilizzate al mondo, nonché in grado di creare una vera e propria comunità di armatori e appassionati. Anche per questo si organizza ogni anno la Grand Soleil Cup, un evento velico che rappresenta non solo una competizione, ma anche un appuntamento significativo per tutti gli appassionati del prestigioso marchio.

Il programma della Grand Soleil Cup 2024

La Grand Soleil Cup 2024 inizierà con un’accoglienza speciale già giovedì 20 giugno: si tratterà di un’occasione, per tutti i partecipanti, di riunirsi e immergersi nell’atmosfera unica della “casa” di quest’anno, l’iconico Yacht Club Costa Smeralda. Il venerdì 21 sarà invece dedicato alle registrazioni, seguite dall’immancabile brief degli equipaggi e da un raffinato cocktail in terrazza, durante il quale gli armatori potranno condividere le proprie esperienze e anticipare le emozioni della veleggiata.

Infine, sabato 22 e domenica 23 giugno saranno i giorni clou della competizione: entrambe le giornate saranno infatti riservate alle veleggiate, durante le quali gli armatori Grand Soleil si sfideranno in uno dei più celebri e prestigiosi campi di regata al mondo, mettendo alla prova le proprie abilità e determinazione. Il divertimento è assicurato non solo per chi partecipa, ma anche per chi assiste come spettatore.

Il programma della Grand Soleil Cup 2024 prevede anche, per la sera di sabato 22 giugno, una cena di gala elegante e ricca di atmosfera, pensata dal Cantiere del Pardo come un momento di festa e celebrazione che renderà omaggio a tutti i partecipanti della regata.

Informazioni e iscrizioni

Grazie alla collaborazione con lo Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, in occasione della Grand Soleil Cup non solo tutti i partecipanti potranno ormeggiare nel celebre ed esclusivo Marina di Porto Cervo da giovedì 20 a lunedì 24 giugno, ma le prime quaranta imbarcazioni iscritte avranno anche il posto barca in omaggio.

Tra le imbarcazioni già iscritte alla Grand Soleil Cup 2024 spiccano due Grand Soleil 72 e due Grand Soleil 65, i nuovissimi modelli della linea sopra i 60 piedi curata da Franco Corazza, che il cantiere ha lanciato negli ultimi due anni sul mercato. La loro presenza conferma il successo che queste due imbarcazioni stanno riscuotendo.

I concorrenti interessati a partecipare devono registrarsi inderogabilmente entro il 12 giugno 2024, compilando il modulo di iscrizione sul sito www.yccs.it e inviandolo via mail all’indirizzo della segreteria (secretariat@yccs.it).
