Si chiama LTN 19 Hikari, e โparla bergamascoโ in ogni suo aspetto, il nuovo Rib dellโomonimo cantiere LTN di Ezio Agazzi e Giulio Sottocornola.
LTN Ribs nasce nel 1995 come azienda di supporto a marchi prestigiosi, impegnati appunto nella realizzazione di questa tipologia di imbarcazioni. Venti anni circa di esperienza servono per approdare al primo battello realizzato con il marchio dellโazienda. Il livello della qualitร , e della professionalitร raggiunto dal cantiere di Bergamo, fa subito intraprendere ai due soci una strada diversa e ad alto contenuto innovativo e tecnologico. Accanto alla linea tradizionale dei Ribs con scafo in vetroresina, nasce infatti quella dei battelli con scafo in alluminio.
Il 19 Hikari รจ lโultimo arrivato in casa LTN, e sarร lโentry level rispetto ai piรน grandi LTN26 Venom e LTN34 Diamond, i due precursori della linea โAluminium Seriesโ. Con i suoi 5,80 metri, il 19 Hikari usufruirร di tutta le tecnologia giร utilizzata per il 26 e per il 34 piedi. La carena e le sovrastrutture, su disegno del progettista, Alessandro Chessa, saranno realizzate con alluminio 5083, particolarmente adatto allโambiente marino.
La qualitร in ogni realizzazione LTN รจ fatta dalla somma di tanti particolari. Intanto la costruzione, che prescindendo dallโutilizzo di stampi, offre una grande modularitร . Soprattutto nel realizzare le sovrastrutture, il cantiere รจ infatti disponibile a personalizzazioni anche per il piccolo 19 Hikari. Poi il taglio al laser, le piegature computerizzate, e le tecniche di saldatura, insieme allโutilizzo di vernici poliacriliche a triplo strato, garantiscono al 19 Hikari gli stessi standard costruttivi, e di protezione alla corrosione, dei fratelli maggiori.
Gli interni dei gavoni sono verniciati con prodotti a base ceramica, e nessun accoppiamento tra metalli diversi รจ realizzato senza lโinterposizione di materiale isolante. Lโalluminio garantisce inoltre leggerezza, anche il 30% di peso in meno rispetto allโequivalente in vetroresina, e quindi risparmio energetico e minore impatto ambientale. Infine, come noto, in caso di urto ad alta velocitร con un corpo immerso, lโalluminio tende a deformarsi e non a fratturarsi, aumentando lo standard di sicurezza a bordo. Le possibilitร di personalizzare il proprio LTN19 Hikari si estendono alla scelta dei colori della carena, della coperta, e dei tubolari realizzati in Hypalon, oltre ovviamente alla cuscineria.
Le linee estetiche del 19 Hikari sono aggressive, e molti sono i particolari che riportano al family feeling della serie: il grande prendisole anteriore, la delfiniera strutturale davvero utile negli ormeggi di prua, lo schienale della postazione di guida sfilabile e ricollocabile per creare una zona prendisole anche a poppa. ร prevista anche la presenza a bordo di un tendalino scorrevole su rotaie. Tutto il piano di coperta รจ in teak sintetico, anche nella zona poppiera, dove due semi spiaggette proteggono lateralmente il motore, e consentono lโingresso in acqua.
Le linee di carena, come per gli altri due battelli della gamma, prevedono una prua molto โaffilataโ e protesa in avanti, caratteristica che, insieme al solido โappoggioโ dei tubolari a poppa, garantisce un comportamento equilibrato sia con il mare calmo, che con onda formata. Il prezzo del 19 Hikari sarร estremamente concorrenziale rispetto a quanto offre, e dovrebbe essere di poco superiore ai ventimila euro iva inclusa. La motorizzazione massima prevista รจ di 140 cavalli, ย piรน che sufficienti, vista la sua leggerezza, a farne un Rib dalle prestazioni brillanti. Dieci sono gli anni di garanzia offerti dal cantiere su tutte le componentistiche in alluminio.
