Il Gruppo Ferretti ha inaugurato sabato scorso il suo nuovo centro di produzione per la vetroresina.
Si tratta di un segnale importante nella direzione dello sviluppo avviato con una serie di investimenti, pari a 50 milioni di euro, che hanno giร prodotto, nel 2015, la nascita di sei nuovi modelli.
Una scelta strategica che vede un ritorno del Gruppo Ferretti alla produzione diretta della vetroresina per la realizzazione delle sue barche.
Il nuovo centro, integrato nel contesto dello stabilimento Plugs & Molds, si estende su una superficie coperta complessiva di circa 2.400 metri quadrati e fa parte di un piano dโinvestimenti sul polo di Forlรฌ che a regime arriverร a 4 milioni di euro complessivi.
La produzione puรฒ contare su un processo molto avanzato dal punto di vista tecnologico, basato su sistemi digitali di controllo temperatura e umiditร ambientale, celle climatiche per la termoregolazione delle resine e sistemi di tracciatura e controllo dei materiali attraverso analisi di laboratorio.
Il nuovo centro produttivo รจ situato allโinterno del quartier generale di Ferretti Group a Forlรฌ, presso il quale sono attualmente in produzione 9 imbarcazioni dei brand Ferretti Yachts e Itama e che puรฒ contare su un organico complessivo pari a circa 400 persone, di cui circa 200 operai.
Al di lร degli aspetti strategici per lโazienda, questa nuova realtร produttiva ha una valenza molto forte anche per il territorio dove nasce, proprio perchรฉ viene da una realtร che solo fino a pochi anni fa, nel pieno della crisi, paventava la possibilitร di un forte disimpegno nellโarea forlivese e in Italia.
