Portacontainer contro una gru: incidente apocalittico nel porto di Busan, Corea del Sudย
Si chiama Milano Bridge ma non รจ il nome di un cavalcavia della metropoli lombarda, nรฉ tantomeno il titolo di un film kolossal. Quello che stiamo per descrivervi con il supporto delle immagini originali รจ il mega incidente avvenuto nel porto di Busan, in Corea del Sud, e non tramutatosi fortunatamente in tragedia.
Sรฌ, perchรฉ alla fine il gruista se lโรจ cavata con una lieve ferita, ma lo spavento รจ stato grande quanto questa nave portacontainer lunga 366 metri, la Milano Bridge, appartenente alla compagnia di spedizioni giapponese One e battente bandiera panamense.
Durante la fase di manovra, la portacontainer si รจ schiantata contro una gru in banchina, provocandone il rapido crollo sulla poppa della nave stessa.
Il rimorchiatore di poppa non riesce a frenare lโabbrivio
In realtร , secondo testimoni oculari, lo sbandamento sarebbe stato provocato da una collisione avvenuta poco prima con unโaltra nave, la Seaspan Gange, che in quel momento, probabilmente, stava uscendo dal Busan New Port, anche se la dinamica dello scontro (non ripreso nel filmato) รจ ancora tutta da chiarire.
La Milano Bridge, quindi, ha perso improvvisamente il controllo ed รจ andata a sbattere sul molo, centrando in pieno una delle tre gru.
Nel video, che sta facendo il giro della rete, si nota chiaramente come il rimorchiatore di poppa non riesca a interrompere lโabbrivio della Milano Bridge, destinata a urtare contro la banchina.
Inoltre, dalla scia intensa che la nave lascia dietro di sรฉ, si deduce che i motori stiano lavorando a pieni giri in retromarcia, ma il tentativo di rallentare la corsa si rivelerร vano.

Il gruista, che si trovava nella cabina della gru, ha riportato una ferita poco significativa e il fatto che al termine di un incidente di tale portata non ci siano stati morti รจ giร un mezzo miracolo, dato lโelevato flusso di persone, soprattutto addetti ai lavori, che si riscontra nelle ore diurne presso il porto di Busan, il piรน grande della Corea del Sud.

Ma, chissร , forse lโeccessiva confidenza con i canali portuali ha giocato un brutto scherzo al comandante panamense, che non รจ stato in grado di evitare prima lo scontro con la Seaspan Gange e poi lโepilogo violento che ha messo ko la gru, provocando enormi danni anche alla propria nave nella zona poppiera. Insomma, oltre il danno la beffa. E che beffa.
