Porto Montenegro ospita il lusso “più lungo” del mondo

Con un ormeggio da 250 metri, Porto Montenegro conquista la vetta della classifica stilata da Yachting Pages fra i maggiori porti mondiali. Una posizione che lo porta a superare i marina per superyacht come il One Ocean Port Vell di Barcellona, che può ospitare yacht di lunghezza fino a 190 metri, e il Grand Harbour Marina a Malta, con disponibilità per megayacht fino a 135 metri.

Ma un primato Porto Montenegro lo aveva già stabilito ancora prima di predisporre l’ormeggio record, avendo ospitato lo yacht più grande al mondo attualmente in navigazione, che misura 180 metri. Si tratta di Azzam, un megayacht in grado di navigare ad una velocità massima di 30 nodi. Un concentrato di tecnologia e lusso che porta una firma italiana, quella di Nauta Yachts, mentre gli interni sono stati disegnati da una delle star mondiali dei designer, il francese Cristophe Leoni.

Porto Montenegro spicca per dimensioni ma anche per la qualità dei servizi in una nazione, il Montenegro appunto, che da qualche anno ha dato un forte impulso alle infrastrutture a terra dedicate al diporto. Secondo la stessa Yachting Pages, il marina “ospita diverse boutique e intrattenimenti, residenze di lusso, un hotel a cinque stelle come il Regent Porto Montenegro, numerosi ristoranti e molto altro“.

Nella top 10 stillata dalla rivista, oltre al secondo e terzo posto assegnati rispettivamente al marina di Barcellona e a quello di Malta, ci sono anche due marina italiani, quello di Marina di Stabia, che può accogliere imbarcazioni fino a 100 metri di lunghezza e quello di Loano, che può ospitare yacht fino a 77 metri di lunghezza fuori tutto.

Porto Montenegro è, secondo l’attuale classifica, il primo porto per yacht di lusso e villaggio marino del Mediterraneo. Ha attualmente 450 posti barca, 228 appartamenti di lusso sold-out, così come 55 unità per la vendita al dettaglio al piano terra composti da ristoranti, bar, caffetterie, negozi, servizi.
