In the heart of the Abruzzo coast is the Marina del Sole landing place whose dock is located 500m north of the mouth of the Sangro River. This Abruzzo port has 400 berths and can be accessed 24 hours a day all year round.

At the dock, the draft varies from 2.5m to 2.9m, and the maximum length of boats that can dock at Marina del Sole is 12m.

Due to its special location, although it is a tourist port with a limited berth, it fulfills several types of services; in fact, it is the departure base for the ferry bound for the Tremiti Islands. In addition, the port is well connected to various inland towns thanks to an effective bus network.
