Description

Club Náutic La Rápita is located in the southern part of the island of Majorca, just a few miles from Club Nàutico S’Estanyol.

The landing has 476 berths.
Each berth is equipped with an electricity supply column and a drinking water source. Customers can also use showers, toilets and changing rooms, as well as avail themselves of a laundry service. The club has a workshop for repairs on boats, with a crane that can lift boats of up to seven tons and a travelift that can hold up to 50. The storage area also offers hull cleaning and maintenance services and is intended for both members and passing boaters.

In addition, the club has systems for the collection of dark water, waste oil, as well as an area for the separate collection of solid waste.

Club Náutic La Rápita can accommodate boats between a minimum length of 4 meters and a maximum length of 20 meters, with a maximum width of 8 meters and a draft of no more than 3 meters.
The area also has a refueling station, which is open Monday through Sunday (8 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the summer months and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the winter period).
The winds that most affect the area are from the south and southeast.

The club offers sailing courses of all levels (aimed at children, teens and adults) and is the backdrop for numerous nautical events, races and regattas throughout the year.
This port sits slightly outside the urban area of Sa Rápita, where bars, restaurants and hotels can be found.

Club Náutic La Rápita is bordered on the east by S’Arenal de Sa Rápita beach. It is a beach of fine, very clear sand, just over a kilometer long. It is a particularly popular beach because of its unspoiled appearance: in fact, it is surrounded by a large pine forest, which protects it and isolates it from the urban agglomeration in the surroundings.
It is also accessible to people with mobility disabilities.
The beach is easily accessible by land by bus lines (bus stops are within walking distance of the port area and the beach).
Patrons who land on these shores can take advantage of bathrooms, showers, and the possibility of renting bathing equipment (umbrellas, beach chairs).

Also rich in fascinating beaches is the area of Ses Covets, about a mile from La Rápita Nautical Club. It is an area rich in caves (hence its name), with an important rocky elevation that in time was used as a quarry for extracting the stone that was used to fortify Palma de Mallorca. Its surroundings are famous for its waters with healing powers (famous even in Roman times) and for its spas.
Ses Covets is part of an area of natural interest.

The beach of Es Freu de ses Covetes is about 50 meters long and has fine, light-colored sand. It is always a large beach with fine sand.
It has a bus stop about 100 meters away (making it easily accessible even from the mainland) and a number of free parking areas where you can leave your car.

Ses Covetes beach, on the other hand, is 300 meters long in its entirety and is divided into two parts: the one closest to Sa Rápita has fine, light-colored sand, while the second part is more rocky.
The beach is also accessible to people with reduced mobility and offers its patrons bathrooms, showers and a restaurant.

Club Náutic La Rápitaalso hostsa bar and a convenience store in its area.

Do you need to sell your boat? You are in the right place! yachtdigest.com is in fact the largest online portal on recreational boating and in this section you will be able to write your ad for free if you want to sell your boat. Adding a new sales message is very simple and intuitive as is finding a boat you are interested in buying, but to make your listing even more appealing, we want to give you some general but important pointers that you can follow if you wish.

First of all, try to personalize your ad, describing the history of the boat and perhaps the reason why you are selling it, this way you will gain more trust from the reader.

You can call it “half-new” if it is almost new, or “used” by specifying whether or not it is in good condition. It indicates the condition of the engines, the year of registration, how many owners it has had-most importantly, it indicates whether the boat has been owned by a single owner: it increases interest to those reading the ad.

The goodness of your craft must shine through in your message, because before you can convince someone, you yourself must be convinced that the product is good.

It is important that no spelling errors are made in the advertisement, so reread the message well before putting it online. The language then must be clear and simple, understandable to all.

It serves to attract interest and induce the reader to continue reading; it is the most important part and should summarize in one line the whole message we want to give. Unfortunately, you don’t have much chance to stand out much except with something really original to attract attention. So focus on truly original details of the boat, its real qualities: in the yachtdigest.com portal this brief summary will appear by hovering over the picture of the boat with the mouse.

It is important to clearly include the general record of the vessel. Always enter: shipyard, model, length, width, draft, engines, number of cabins, year of construction, price.

In the boat sheet accurately enter all boat details, standard and extra equipment. It is useful to communicate many details and details for those who are really interested and will continue reading beyond the first few lines.

Suggest to the reader who wants to buy the best features of your craft, and do not indicate-unless it is necessary to inform the buyer in advance-information that might negatively influence the reader.

Always indicate the price. Unless you absolutely do not want to deal, we recommend adding the words “price negotiable” which gives an incentive for the buyer to contact you.
