Description

The Marina Santa Eulalia port is located on the east coast of the island of Ibiza, just 14 kilometers from the capital, in the eponymous municipality of Santa Eulalia del Rรญo. Its favorable location allows tourists to reach all the most beautiful bays and coves of the island, especially all those favorite destinations for locals who want to get away from the summer crowds, also ideal for boaters who want to stop quiet places.

Ibiza’s two most famous hippie markets are a stone’s throw from the marina ports of Santa Eulalia. The Punta Arabรญ market, in Es Canar, has been in operation since the 1970s and can boast as many as 400 stalls; it is the most typical on the entire island. In contrast, the Las Dalias market is perfect for live performances, children’s events, and clothing and jewelry items.

The Marina of Santa Eulalia is the port with the largest number of berths on the island of Ibiza, with its 763 berths, and welcomes all types of vessels: from small “llaรผts,” traditional boats of the Ibizan fishermen, to the large yachts that go in search of a berth on the island every year, to enjoy the tranquility of its places and the beauty of its landscapes.

The maximum length limit for boats is 22 meters. However, the ports are also available to accommodate larger boats if needed. Under these circumstances, it is necessary to contact the harbormaster’s office in advance to reserve a berth.

The sailor who decides to stop at this special port will be surprised by the warm welcome the staff gives to its customers: here travelers are not just tourists, over the years they get to establish friendly and affectionate relationships, one of the main goals of the marina group, which tends to offer a kind service with all the conveniences and services that are appropriate to a well-qualified port.

The port is also home to the headquarters of the Santa Eulalia del Rรญo Sailing Club, an institution that plays an important role in the life of the marina throughout the year. It is in charge of promoting nautical activities, as well as the various sailing courses, but above all it organizes regattas and various sporting events, among which it is worth mentioning the world sailing championship, Tornado class, in 2013.

One of the special features that make this ports unique is the large commercial area that has been built there: an area completely dedicated to shopping, with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, stores (including many with nautical items) and a wide range of other services, all within easy reach. In particular, the dining area can count on more than 20 restaurants and eateries, ranging from local to Asian cuisine, from Italian to German and even English.

Dry docks are made available to customers for repairs or simple maintenance. Facilities are equipped with 70-ton Travel Lift and a forklift. The hours vary from season to season, during the summer season the service is provided from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 20:00. Whereas during the winter season, the hours are reduced, and are Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00. Closed on Sundays and holidays.

Do you need to sell your boat? You are in the right place! yachtdigest.com is in fact the largest online portal on recreational boating and in this section you will be able to write your ad for free if you want to sell your boat. Adding a new sales message is very simple and intuitive as is finding a boat you are interested in buying, but to make your listing even more appealing, we want to give you some general but important pointers that you can follow if you wish.

First of all, try to personalize your ad, describing the history of the boat and perhaps the reason why you are selling it, this way you will gain more trust from the reader.

You can call it “half-new” if it is almost new, or “used” by specifying whether or not it is in good condition. It indicates the condition of the engines, the year of registration, how many owners it has had-most importantly, it indicates whether the boat has been owned by a single owner: it increases interest to those reading the ad.

The goodness of your craft must shine through in your message, because before you can convince someone, you yourself must be convinced that the product is good.

It is important that no spelling errors are made in the advertisement, so reread the message well before putting it online. The language then must be clear and simple, understandable to all.

It serves to attract interest and induce the reader to continue reading; it is the most important part and should summarize in one line the whole message we want to give. Unfortunately, you don’t have much chance to stand out much except with something really original to attract attention. So focus on truly original details of the boat, its real qualities: in the yachtdigest.com portal this brief summary will appear by hovering over the picture of the boat with the mouse.

It is important to clearly include the general record of the vessel. Always enter: shipyard, model, length, width, draft, engines, number of cabins, year of construction, price.

In the boat sheet accurately enter all boat details, standard and extra equipment. It is useful to communicate many details and details for those who are really interested and will continue reading beyond the first few lines.

Suggest to the reader who wants to buy the best features of your craft, and do not indicate-unless it is necessary to inform the buyer in advance-information that might negatively influence the reader.

Always indicate the price. Unless you absolutely do not want to deal, we recommend adding the words “price negotiable” which gives an incentive for the buyer to contact you.
