Marina di Policastro

A safe harbor in the Gulf of Policastro

Marina di Policastro is one of many ports in Campania used as both a tourist port and a docking area for fishing boats.

Both inbound and outbound, it is forbidden to exceed the speed of 3 knots, and in addition, in some places, attention must be paid to the muddy and shallow seabed.

The ports of Policastro are as follows.

  • three arms about 352m long
  • A 230m 2-leg overflow pier
  • 100m inner brush dividing the basin into inner and outer

Boaters can moor at the breakwater quay and in some areas managed by a cooperative.
The maximum length allowed for a boat to enter the port of Marina di Policastro is 20m.
