The old port of Menton is located at the foot of the old town, a lively area full of stores and restaurants. It is a small port once used mainly by fishermen that has been expanded and modernized over the years so that it has become a marina capable of meeting the needs and expectations of boaters.
The old port of Menton is well protected by two breakwaters that shelter it from all winds, except those from the eastern quadrants that cause undertow inside the harbor. When winds from the east blow with strong intensity, access to the port can be difficult.
During the entry procedure, care should be taken to starboard as there is an unmarked breakwater
Within the harbor basin are four piers and several docks offering 590 berths for boats up to 25 meters.
Facilities within the ports include a slipway, a 2-ton crane, and a slipway. There is no shortage of a workshop and various technical services. Boaters can then make use of the ice dispenser, toilets and showers.
Next to the marina is the main beach in the area.
