Description

The Marina is located in the resort of Théoule-sur-Mer, considered one of the most beautiful and charming places on the French Riviera. Located at the foot of the Esterel massif, it is only 6 km from the center of Théoule and is part of a residential complex built on the slope overlooking the coast. It is a peaceful and verdant setting, ideal for enjoying some peace and quiet.

Due to its proximity to the airport, Port La Figueirette is easily accessible not only by sea but also by air. Near the port are public and private beaches as well as numerous restaurants.

Port La Figueirette is the ideal marina for medium-sized boats: boats reaching a maximum of 17 meters in length and with a maximum draft of 2 meters can be moored within the port. The docks are floating and there are 236 berths guaranteed by the port, plus 16 berths for boats in transit.

The La Figueirette municipal port offers a good number of basic services: boaters can enjoy a supermarket, bars and restaurants, a public telephone, and the changing rooms, showers, and toilets made available to customers. Drinking water and electricity at the dock are provided, as well as garbage collection.

In addition to these basic services, ports guests can enjoy laundry facilities, free wi-fi Internet access throughout the facility, and try their hand at water sports, including diving, thanks to the presence of a sailing school and a water ski school.

Interested boaters will be able to easily find up-to-date and accurate weather information so they can safely and confidently plan their itineraries.

Refueling will be easy, thanks to the gas station inside the marina; the gas station is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout the year.

That of La Figueirette is a safe port: in fact, the safety of the boats moored inside the port is guaranteed by the internal surveillance system. By connecting to www.ville-theoulesurmer.fr it is also possible to get an overview of the port from the comfort of your home, thanks to the webcams installed inside the facility that transmit constantly updated images.

There is also a shipyard within the marina to which boaters can turn if needed for inspections and repairs. The dry dock is equipped with an 8-ton capacity mobile crane. There is also the possibility of using the indoor storage service.

Approaching the port is easy: In fact, La Figueirette is well protected from winds blowing from the east and also from the Mistral. To locate the access point to the port, follow staff directions or head to the fuel dock. Then go to the harbormaster’s offices to obtain a berth assignment. Dropping anchor inside the port is prohibited.

During the summer season, the port is open daily with continuous hours from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; however, in winter the following hours are observed: 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon and 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Do you need to sell your boat? You are in the right place! yachtdigest.com is in fact the largest online portal on recreational boating and in this section you will be able to write your ad for free if you want to sell your boat. Adding a new sales message is very simple and intuitive as is finding a boat you are interested in buying, but to make your listing even more appealing, we want to give you some general but important pointers that you can follow if you wish.

First of all, try to personalize your ad, describing the history of the boat and perhaps the reason why you are selling it, this way you will gain more trust from the reader.

You can call it “half-new” if it is almost new, or “used” by specifying whether or not it is in good condition. It indicates the condition of the engines, the year of registration, how many owners it has had-most importantly, it indicates whether the boat has been owned by a single owner: it increases interest to those reading the ad.

The goodness of your craft must shine through in your message, because before you can convince someone, you yourself must be convinced that the product is good.

It is important that no spelling errors are made in the advertisement, so reread the message well before putting it online. The language then must be clear and simple, understandable to all.

It serves to attract interest and induce the reader to continue reading; it is the most important part and should summarize in one line the whole message we want to give. Unfortunately, you don’t have much chance to stand out much except with something really original to attract attention. So focus on truly original details of the boat, its real qualities: in the yachtdigest.com portal this brief summary will appear by hovering over the picture of the boat with the mouse.

It is important to clearly include the general record of the vessel. Always enter: shipyard, model, length, width, draft, engines, number of cabins, year of construction, price.

In the boat sheet accurately enter all boat details, standard and extra equipment. It is useful to communicate many details and details for those who are really interested and will continue reading beyond the first few lines.

Suggest to the reader who wants to buy the best features of your craft, and do not indicate-unless it is necessary to inform the buyer in advance-information that might negatively influence the reader.

Always indicate the price. Unless you absolutely do not want to deal, we recommend adding the words “price negotiable” which gives an incentive for the buyer to contact you.
