Port Saint Laurent Du Var

Port Saint Laurent du Var is a major marina on the French Riviera.

The harbor is located within the Baie des Anges and has a long breakwater and a small breakwater below, as well as numerous jetties.
The entrance mouth faces west, is about 50 meters wide, and is protected by Cap D’Antibes to the west.
Access to the port is well marked by a lighthouse with white and green flashes.
In addition, a ten-story tall building positioned 100 meters north of the port further helps sailors approaching the coast to locate the landing.

The landing place is modern, very well organized and equipped with WiFi network within the whole area. A large number of services are available for vessels landing here, including those offered by the shipyards for mechanical, electrical and electronic repairs and on all types of hulls and the diving team.
The Saint Laurent du Var landing also offers parts stores, charter agencies, boat and scuba diving equipment rentals, a sailmaker, and a fishing club.

Much of the port activities are managed by the Yacht Club International de Saint Laurent.

Within the port area is a real commercial hub, also frequented by residents of the region and consisting of a wide range of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and stores.
A large parking lot provides parking for those arriving at the ports by land, and a fuel pump is also located in the area.

Moving a few hundred meters away from the landing you can enjoy a pleasant walk along the tree-lined waterfront, encountering post offices, banks and supermarkets along the way. Alternatively, one can take a walk around the rocky beaches, which are well equipped and very popular in the summer.
During the summer period the marina becomes a popular tourist landing area.
Recently the port has undergone some modernization work, such as the resurfacing of the concrete promenade piers and sidewalks and the demolition and reconstruction of some buildings.

The port is only 2.6 miles from the Baie des Anges landing, 5.6 miles from the main port of Nice, and only 5 minutes from the Côte d’Azur airport.
Starting with your own boat from Saint Laurence du Var, you can reach many picturesque locations such as San Remo, Menton, and Cannes in a short time.
The Saint Laurent du Var train station is easily accessible and is on the Ventimiglia-Marseille line. A 10-minute train ride is enough to reach Nice and enjoy the magnificent Promenade des Anglais. It takes only 15 minutes to reach Antibes.

By renting a car, mountain lovers can reach the Maritime Alps within an hour.
