The beautiful inlet of St Roch, later to become known as Port Vauban, the largest port, in terms of size, in the Mediterranean.
This is a commercial-tourist port, protected by the breakwater Digue de Large.

- Bassin de Grande Plaisance: to the southeast of this are docks for mooring large pleasure boats; to the northwest, moorings are reserved for more modest-sized boats
- Bight of Saint Roch
The port contains a total of 1642 berths, spread over 3 areas.
All berths are equipped with power supply.
It can accommodate large yachts.
