Description

Aci Marina Opatija- Icici is located in the geographic area of Opatija, northeastern Istria (not far from Rijeka, which is about 13 kilometers away), along the northern coast from Croatia.

It is a port that overlooks the Gulf of Kvarner and is part of the Aci Club. It has 281 berths for mooring, as well as 35 berths for boat storage on land. It can accommodate boats that are no more than 40 meters in length.
Within the port area you can find a restaurant and a bar, an ATM machine, nautical and fishing accessory stores, and agencies for the rental and sale of boats.
In addition, boaters at this club can enjoy drinking water and electricity supplies, toilets and showers, wifi connection and a laundry service, as well as a repair area with a slipway, workshops and a crane that can lift up to 15 tons.

Those arriving at Marina Opatija by car will be able to leave it in the area’s parking lot.
There is no fueling station, but boaters will be able to refuel in the nearby port of Opatija, about two miles away.

The depth of the seabed at the mouth of the ports is 7 meters.

Access is from the northeast, and upon arriving near the landfall, one can easily recognize the club due to the presence of the breakwater.
Within the port area, it is necessary to maintain a sailing speed of no more than two knots.
The Opatija (Opatija) area has a mild climate and hardly ever sees a trace of bora. The most important mountain range in the area of Capo D’Istria-Monte Maggiore, offers additional protection to the port area.
The Italian border is about an hour’s drive away, the Austrian border is about three hours.

Bus routes provide access to nearby towns and airports: those closest to the ports are the airports in Trieste, Krk Island (Rijeka, about 40 km), Ljubljana (about 139 km), Zagreb (about 180 km), and Pula (about 100 km).

In the immediate vicinity ofAci Marina Opatija- Icici you can find restaurants, hotels, apartments, a campsite, supermarkets and other businesses.
Close to Marina Opatija is Icici beach, located in the middle of the urban center, surrounded by mountainous relief, small buildings and thick patches of vegetation. It is a concrete beach with some gravel parts, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and find bathrooms, showers, changing rooms and a small playground for children. Access to the water is via some steps. The promenade offers numerous businesses, including a newsstand.
The beach is also popular with water sports enthusiasts.

The seafaring tradition of the city of Opatija is very old: in fact, as early as the 9th century B.C. this area was inhabited by the Liburnians – a people belonging to the Illyrian stock – who built vessels using hemp ropes and wooden planks, with which they reached Asia Minor and the coasts of northern Africa.

Trieste is about 70 kilometers from Aci Marina Opatija- Icici.

Places of interest include the fifteenth-century Benedictine church of St. James and Villa Angioina (from the nineteenth century).
Abbey is divided into 10 different districts.
The Uppermost Mountain range offers opportunities for trekkers to venture out on beautiful hikes. From the highest peak of the range – Vojak – one can enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings. On the clearest days, you can get a view as far as the Venetian Pre-Alps.

Do you need to sell your boat? You are in the right place! yachtdigest.com is in fact the largest online portal on recreational boating and in this section you will be able to write your ad for free if you want to sell your boat. Adding a new sales message is very simple and intuitive as is finding a boat you are interested in buying, but to make your listing even more appealing, we want to give you some general but important pointers that you can follow if you wish.

First of all, try to personalize your ad, describing the history of the boat and perhaps the reason why you are selling it, this way you will gain more trust from the reader.

You can call it “half-new” if it is almost new, or “used” by specifying whether or not it is in good condition. It indicates the condition of the engines, the year of registration, how many owners it has had-most importantly, it indicates whether the boat has been owned by a single owner: it increases interest to those reading the ad.

The goodness of your craft must shine through in your message, because before you can convince someone, you yourself must be convinced that the product is good.

It is important that no spelling errors are made in the advertisement, so reread the message well before putting it online. The language then must be clear and simple, understandable to all.

It serves to attract interest and induce the reader to continue reading; it is the most important part and should summarize in one line the whole message we want to give. Unfortunately, you don’t have much chance to stand out much except with something really original to attract attention. So focus on truly original details of the boat, its real qualities: in the yachtdigest.com portal this brief summary will appear by hovering over the picture of the boat with the mouse.

It is important to clearly include the general record of the vessel. Always enter: shipyard, model, length, width, draft, engines, number of cabins, year of construction, price.

In the boat sheet accurately enter all boat details, standard and extra equipment. It is useful to communicate many details and details for those who are really interested and will continue reading beyond the first few lines.

Suggest to the reader who wants to buy the best features of your craft, and do not indicate-unless it is necessary to inform the buyer in advance-information that might negatively influence the reader.

Always indicate the price. Unless you absolutely do not want to deal, we recommend adding the words “price negotiable” which gives an incentive for the buyer to contact you.
