Ubli is a small town on the island of Lastovo with a ferry pier.
It performs the functions of a port of entry into Croatia, and the only gas station on the island is located here.
There is English mooring 3-6 meters from the quay when the ferry is not present.
The berth is usually occupied by fishing boats.
The bay where the ports are located is enclosed by theisland of Prezba to which it is connected by a bridge that separates the other bend of Mali Lago.
Here beware of strong Bora, which can also be channeled into the more protected shelter on the west side.
Opposite Ubli the Bora blows mostly from the north.
For night landings, the red guiding light to cover hazards on the right is obscured by the inbound islets.
Ubli is connected to the port of Split via ferry or catamaran.
The ferry that stops overnight makes a lot of noise so it is not very pleasant to stay overnight at the dock.
In the village are the harbormaster’s office, customs, a store, and a bar.
The gas station for boaters outside the summer season has broken hours, while in the summer season (June to September) it is open all day.
