Dunkirk Neptune marinas offer standard boats to avoid waste and promote selective classification. For more than 15 years, the Grand large port has received the European Blue Flag as an award. Therefore, respect for the environment and reducing energy consumption are at the heart of our concerns. Even multiple associations intervene during outreach operations. Within the Natura 2000 watershed, we encourage mariners to identify found marine mammals and observe regulations to preserve flora and fauna. Finally, we want to promote the local economy, so the Grand Large restaurant will offer a menu of fresh local products such as the famous Dunkirk mussels.
