Marina Punta Faro represents the largest nautical reality in the Upper Adriatic Sea with its 1200 berths for boats from 7m to 35m. It rises on the extreme strip of land of Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD), stretching out at the point where the waters of the Marano Lagoon and the Adriatic Sea meet, creating, in the picturesque setting of the Alps, a striking contrast of colors. At the center of the Marina is the Sporting Club island, where the characteristic Roman colonnade frames the sports facilities; tennis courts, soccer field, swimming pool, the bar and the Sporting Club’s little restaurant. The heart of the port is the “Due Colonne” square in which American bar restaurants, dealers of the most prestigious shipyards, equipment and nautical clothing store. Finally, an area of 20,000 square meters is allocated to Punta Faro Shipyards for storage and service.
