Marina di Bogliaco

TheMarinadi Bogliaco is a port facility located in the central part of the coast of Lake Garda, along the western shore.

The port was built in the late 1980s, and its facility can accommodate up to 150 berths, for boats no longer than 16 meters.
Boaters arriving at this port have access-from the dock-to sources of drinking water, electricity supply columns,TV connection, and wi- fi connection (available throughout the port area). The port also offers showers, toilets and changing rooms.

The port facility also has a 3,000-square-meter covered area for indoor boat storage. It can accommodate up to 150 boats of different lengths. Storage can also take place in the outdoor area, where it is possible to take advantage of normal coverings to protect one’s boat, or resort to the use of thermo retractable covers for the winter period.

The launching and hauling area, on the other hand, has a slipway, a jib crane that can support weights of up to 10 tons, a telescopic auto crane that can move boats weighing up to 15 tons, and a travelift, which can support a load of up to 15 tons.

The covered area also houses a workshop area, where specialized teams can work on mechanical and engine failures. In the shed, maintenance and repair work is carried out on all types of hulls (gelcoat repairs, fiberglass repairs, on wood) and anti-osmosis and anti-fouling treatments.
It also has a gasoline and diesel fuel station, located on the main pier near the harbor entrance.

The marina also can arrange boat moves for clients from all parts of Italy and has a boat recovery service for damaged boats.

The Marina of Bogliaco has a 24h continuous video surveillance system, anti-intrusion and fire-fighting systems, as well as a security service, which during the summer period is active 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. In addition, access to all port areas (boating area, toilets…)are accessible only by badge.
The marina has separate waste collection systems and collection of waste oil, black water, water discharge and used batteries.

One can also turn to some port agencies to sell and buy boats and to rent boats(also choosing to be guided by a skipper).

Fairly ample private parking is available for landing guests arriving here by car.

In the immediate vicinity of the landing you can find hotels, restaurants, bars, and lakefront venues.

The Marina di Bogliaco is located in a hamlet of the municipality of Gargnano sul Garda, a town in the province of Brescia.
It is part of the Alto Bresciano National Park, a nature park that extends to the border with Trentino Alto Adige and is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna (deer, ibex, roe deer, mouflon, golden eagles, chamois).

For those who enjoy hiking and trekking, an interesting visit can be to the military defense system road, dating back to World War I, and to the barns of Cima Rest, more than 1,000 meters above sea level.

The Gial beach has free access and also welcomes swimmers accompanied by their dogs.
