Description

ThePortoCanottieri Garda Salò is a facility located along the shores of Lake Garda, along the west coast in its central part.

The landing place is part of the Garda Salò Rowing Society.
The facility offers 170 boat moorings.
There are three pontoons and they are all floating, and the moorings can be either temporary or annual, or seasonal, and can be for boats participating in competitions, hotel facilities and private individuals.
Each berth is equipped with access to drinking water sources and electricity supply columns.

The landing offers its customers showers, toilets and changing rooms, located in the service building. Both pier and service access is restricted to Society members (or customers passing through) and is done only through the use of a badge.
The boatyard area has a crane that can lift boats up to a weight of 8 tons, a fixed slipway for dinghies, and a team that takes care of hauling and masting.
For racing boats, the landing has a 20-unit storage yard.

The club also provides its guests with Wi-Fi and a night watchman service (during the summer period only).
The shipbuilding area.
The outdoor parking lot provides guests with 171 parking spaces.

Porto Canottieri Garda Salò is the setting for various races and regattas each year. It organizes sailing courses for teens and adults, summer courses and camps for school groups.
A restaurant, open daily, is also located in its area.

The Porto Canottieri Garda Salò is centrally located near the main services of the city of Salò.
In the immediate vicinity of the club you can find supermarkets, hotels, bars, stores. The historic city center and city museums are also nearby.

Salò is a town in Lombardy that is part of the province of Brescia.
The town has Roman origins, but was most likely founded on the remains of a civilization dating back to Neolithic times. It is overlooked by Colle San Bartolomeo, which can be reached by following one of the many nature trails that start from the town.

Salò is part of the Alto Garda Bresciano Park, a natural park that stretches across the lake area reaching to the border with Trentino, rich in flora and fauna (roe deer, chamois, deer, ibex and golden eagles).
Trekking enthusiasts who find themselves in the Alto Garda Bresciano Park can take advantage of the opportunity to visit the thatched-roof barns at Cima Rest (in the municipality of Magasa), or to see the military road dating back to World War I.

Several beaches can be found in the Salò area.
The one adjacent to the Canottieri Society is free, not equipped, consists of small stones and is the closest to the center of Salò.

Rimbalzello beach is located in Barbarano di Salò and is part of the sports center of the same name. It is a fee-paying beach with a grassy area where it is possible to settle down with deck chairs, shaded by the establishment’s umbrellas. Customers have car parking, showers, toilets, a park, a swimming pool, a bar, a beach volleyball court, a diving center, and an entertainment service for children.
It is also a popular beach for evening and night hours: happy hours are organized on weekends.

Also in Barbarano di Salò is the Rive Grandi beach, composed of stones and gravel. Here it is possible to rent beach equipment (umbrellas, sunbeds), as well as motorboats and various boats.

About a kilometer and a half from the Garda Salò Canottieri Port is the area of Via Tavine, where you can find other bathing establishments and free beaches (in some of which, dogs are allowed).

Do you need to sell your boat? You are in the right place! yachtdigest.com is in fact the largest online portal on recreational boating and in this section you will be able to write your ad for free if you want to sell your boat. Adding a new sales message is very simple and intuitive as is finding a boat you are interested in buying, but to make your listing even more appealing, we want to give you some general but important pointers that you can follow if you wish.

First of all, try to personalize your ad, describing the history of the boat and perhaps the reason why you are selling it, this way you will gain more trust from the reader.

You can call it “half-new” if it is almost new, or “used” by specifying whether or not it is in good condition. It indicates the condition of the engines, the year of registration, how many owners it has had-most importantly, it indicates whether the boat has been owned by a single owner: it increases interest to those reading the ad.

The goodness of your craft must shine through in your message, because before you can convince someone, you yourself must be convinced that the product is good.

It is important that no spelling errors are made in the advertisement, so reread the message well before putting it online. The language then must be clear and simple, understandable to all.

It serves to attract interest and induce the reader to continue reading; it is the most important part and should summarize in one line the whole message we want to give. Unfortunately, you don’t have much chance to stand out much except with something really original to attract attention. So focus on truly original details of the boat, its real qualities: in the yachtdigest.com portal this brief summary will appear by hovering over the picture of the boat with the mouse.

It is important to clearly include the general record of the vessel. Always enter: shipyard, model, length, width, draft, engines, number of cabins, year of construction, price.

In the boat sheet accurately enter all boat details, standard and extra equipment. It is useful to communicate many details and details for those who are really interested and will continue reading beyond the first few lines.

Suggest to the reader who wants to buy the best features of your craft, and do not indicate-unless it is necessary to inform the buyer in advance-information that might negatively influence the reader.

Always indicate the price. Unless you absolutely do not want to deal, we recommend adding the words “price negotiable” which gives an incentive for the buyer to contact you.
