Sirmione2 is a port located along the southern coast of Lake Garda, in the central part of the shoreline, near the center of the town of Sirmione.
It is a facility built in the 1970s and offers 300 mooring berths.
It also has 100 dry storage spaces for boats.
Each berth has ‘access to drinking water sources and electricity supply columns.
The port offers its customers showers, toilets, wi-fi connection and a weather service in the harbormaster’s office.
The port also has a boatyard area, with outdoor and indoor storage areas, repair workshops for sail and motor boats, with a lifting crane (which can support up to a maximum weight of 12 tons)and a hull washing service.
It also has a gasoline and diesel filling station.
The port of Sirmione2 also benefits from a 24-hour continuous video surveillance system, a night watchman, fire prevention systems, mooring aid service, and a salvage service via a rescue raft.
Mechanical repair, boat transport and diving service companies can be used in partnership with the Sirmione port facility.
In the port area it is possible to organize public events or private receptions.
The port also hosts events and kermesses, nautical and otherwise.
Around the port area (within a radius of about one kilometer) it is possible to find bars, restaurants, camping sites, hotels, banks, and supermarkets.
Inside the port perimeter, on the other hand, there are some nautical stores and a lounge bar.
The port is open all year round and offers the possibility of renting bicycles to visit the surroundings.
Outdoor and indoor parking spaces are available to patrons arriving here in their own cars .
Sirmione is part of the province of Brescia.
The town became famous already in Roman times, although evidence from the Neolithic era has been found on its territory.
A relic from the Roman era is the Grotto of Catullus, a Roman domus built between the 1st century B.C. and the 1st century A.D.
It still preserves evidence of the medieval Scaliger era, such as the famous Castle.
The surroundings of the port Sirmione2 offer patrons an excellent choice of beaches.
One of these is Punta Grò beach.
It is a free beach, but offers the possibility of renting umbrellas, sunbeds, and deck chairs.
The seabed consists of a mixture of sand and gravel, and the beach is surrounded by vegetation and reeds.
Another beach in Sirmione is Punta Staffalo, a beach formed by a long, thin line of flagstone, which enjoys pleasant shade provided by the trees behind it.
Lido Bremen is about three kilometers from the center of Sirmione.
It is a grassy beach with a pebble and pebble shore.
Various sports and water activities can be practiced here, such as rowing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, and beach volleyball.
There is free parking in its vicinity.
Very picturesque is Jamaica Beach.
It is a beach with clear, fine sand, accessible only on foot.

The surroundings of the port Sirmione2 there are a few bus stops that also allow you to reach the area by public transportation.
By road transport it is possible to reach Desenzano, Brescia, and Verona.
The port is about 3 kilometers from the Sirmione exit of the A4 Milan/Venice highway, about 30 kilometers from Verona airport.
