Description

West Garda Marina is a facility located along the shores of Lake Garda on the southwestern shore.

The facility houses 300 berths, for boats that are longer than 5 meters and do not exceed 14 meters in length. Access times vary according to the season and different days of the week.
The maximum draft allowed for a boat to enter the harbor area is 2.50 meters (a measure representing the depth of the entire harbor area).
There is also an anchorage area, which offers 90 berths for medium to large boats.

Berths are possible at the pier, a newly manufactured breakwater and floating docks built in 2005.

Boaters arriving at this port have access-from their docking stations-to sources of drinking water, power columns and TV connection. The marina also offers showers, toilets and a wi-fi connection that covers the entire port area.
In addition to the in-water storage facility, the marina offers two dry storage areas (indoor and outdoor)and two hangars, as well as a winter storage shed.
The shipbuilding and storage area has a crane that can lift up to 8 tons and a travelift that can support boats up to 15 tons.

It also has a fueling station.

The West Garda Marina also benefits from an alarm and surveillance system for nighttime hours.

The marina team offers mooring services, engine maintenance, and work on the masts of sailboats. More generally, boaters arriving here can take advantage of mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance operations on the hull.
A boat-buying service is also available in the marina area.

The ports has a dedicated shopping and dining area. In fact, it is possible to find a lounge bar and a restaurant, a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, solarium and sunbeds, changing rooms, lockers and cabins.
Various inland parking lots are available for patrons arriving here in their own cars. The Marina provides helicopter transfers for its guests.

Nearby, you can find stores, restaurants, bars, campgrounds, resorts, and a few food outlets.

West Garda Marine is located in the municipality of Padenghe sul Garda, a town in the province of Brescia, situated near the Desenzano sul Garda- Salรฒ highway.
The town has medieval origins and has preserved its fortified castle (dating back to about 1000).
The surroundings of West Garda Marine offer patrons a fair supply of beaches.
The nearest is the free beach, located next to the port area, with piers where one can settle down and a pebble beach.

Pic- nic tables and benches can be found in the area of the beach closest to the landing. The beach offers showers and toilets, as well as the possibility of renting umbrellas and sunbeds at the two kiosks on site. Nearby, it is possible to find a newsstand, a tobacconist and various businesses. A restaurant also overlooks the beach.

Near the Padenghe landing is also the Casine beach, a long, narrow expanse of stones and gravel.

To reach the shoreline of Padenghe sul Garda (other than by boat or car), one can rely on trains or buses. The nearest train station is Desenzano sul Garda – about 6 kilometers away.
From Brescia, on the other hand, a number of bus routes depart, leading just a few hundred meters from the West Garda Marina.

Do you need to sell your boat? You are in the right place! yachtdigest.com is in fact the largest online portal on recreational boating and in this section you will be able to write your ad for free if you want to sell your boat. Adding a new sales message is very simple and intuitive as is finding a boat you are interested in buying, but to make your listing even more appealing, we want to give you some general but important pointers that you can follow if you wish.

First of all, try to personalize your ad, describing the history of the boat and perhaps the reason why you are selling it, this way you will gain more trust from the reader.

You can call it “half-new” if it is almost new, or “used” by specifying whether or not it is in good condition. It indicates the condition of the engines, the year of registration, how many owners it has had-most importantly, it indicates whether the boat has been owned by a single owner: it increases interest to those reading the ad.

The goodness of your craft must shine through in your message, because before you can convince someone, you yourself must be convinced that the product is good.

It is important that no spelling errors are made in the advertisement, so reread the message well before putting it online. The language then must be clear and simple, understandable to all.

It serves to attract interest and induce the reader to continue reading; it is the most important part and should summarize in one line the whole message we want to give. Unfortunately, you don’t have much chance to stand out much except with something really original to attract attention. So focus on truly original details of the boat, its real qualities: in the yachtdigest.com portal this brief summary will appear by hovering over the picture of the boat with the mouse.

It is important to clearly include the general record of the vessel. Always enter: shipyard, model, length, width, draft, engines, number of cabins, year of construction, price.

In the boat sheet accurately enter all boat details, standard and extra equipment. It is useful to communicate many details and details for those who are really interested and will continue reading beyond the first few lines.

Suggest to the reader who wants to buy the best features of your craft, and do not indicate-unless it is necessary to inform the buyer in advance-information that might negatively influence the reader.

Always indicate the price. Unless you absolutely do not want to deal, we recommend adding the words “price negotiable” which gives an incentive for the buyer to contact you.
