Ceuta’s communication channel par excellence is the maritime one, so it is the mouth that feeds it. This motivated the construction of its port, which at present continues to grow in accordance with modern transport and reshipment needs. Within the general port, the old “Dock of Commerce” was transformed into Fisheries and later into Dársena Deportiva, responding to the growing demand for moorings for recreational and small boats.
Its location in the nerve center of the city gives it a special attraction, a circumstance greatly appreciated by the visitor: everything is at your fingertips. A prudent distance allows you to rest in peace, accompanied by a compatriot or a book.
There is the circumstance that the marina takes on the color of summer urbanization, in which people of different backgrounds and conditions coexist, even with city residents, with whom they exchange experiences, opinions, aperitifs and, in short, their leisure and relaxation time.
