It is located at the most protected point in the Borromean Gulf and consists of 4 floating docks for mooring (1 of them reserved for transit) that provide numerous berths. Water and electricity columns are available at the pontoons.

The bottoms are good keepers except with lean lake at the Radice of the jetties.

Near the municipal harbor is a floating dock for temporary docking and a series of landing slips, equipped with docking rings, for small boats.
Within Feriolo Bay, fuel service, gasoline and diesel, is available at the Verbano Shipyard.
The regulations for the use of berths in the municipal marinas of Baveno Capoluogo and Feriolo stipulate that:
“to Art. 6 Short-term mooring (see below) “temporary mooring is allowed free of charge along the designated piers and at marked places if free, for a maximum duration of 12 hours.
For periods longer than 12 hours, the appropriate fee must be paid.”
