East of the commercial port of Gallipoli in Salento is the Fontanelle Dock. This port, whose docks stretch for 500m, can accommodate up to 130 boats with a maximum length of 18m.
Special care must be taken when entering the slipway, as it is necessary to keep to the center of the access channel.
Fontanelle is a private marina reserved for recreational boating and equipped with all services, from a diesel fuel station at the dock open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., to a mobile crane up to 25t, wood and vtr hull repair to garbage pickup and restrooms including showers.
There is a ban on fishing that bathing.
For those who enjoy walking, there is a splendid view of the old town of Gallipoli, one of the pearls of the Apulian sea, from the Fontanelle Dock.
