Porto di Cagliari

Located in the center of the Mediterranean Sea and only 11 miles from the ideal Gibraltar/Suez line, the port facility of the city of Cagliari is, among the ports in Sardinia, the main one as passenger transport and a very important commercial hub for more than 2,500 years.
The entire structure is divided into 3 zones

  • The historic port: located about 100 meters from the city center extended over about 5800 meters2 of docks is dedicated to traffic of commercial type, Ro-Ro, fishing, diprto boating, corcerism and passenger services.
    The draft ranges from 3 to 12 meters.
  • The canal port: covers more than 1,600m2 in bachine.
    The draft is 16 meters.
  • The oil terminal: berthing possibilities for 17 ships
