Description

Marina di Teulada, also called Su Portu Nou in dialect, is located within a wonderful natural environment: in fact, it is located on the southern coast of Sardinia, characterized by a large number of naturalistic oases. Small bays, headlands and beaches washed by transparent and uncontaminated waters make this environment a perfect place of refreshment, to recover from the stress of everyday life.

Taking the marina as a reference point, continuing in a westerly direction it is possible to reach the beaches of Su Portu de S’Arena, Portu Tramatzu and Tuerredda, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Sardinia. It is then possible to take long and evocative walks to discover these incredible national beauties.

The marina overlooks the inlet of the old port Budello, and the nearest town is Teulada itself, which is only 7 km away. Here you will be able to find everything you need, food and non-food supplies.

The area of the protected water surface of the port is 29170 sq. m., with 390 mt. of two-leg breakwater and 210 mt. of sub-billow breakwater, fully docked. The draft near the docks varies from 1 mt. to 4 mt.

The Marina is equipped with 2 fixed docks, to which are added 6 docks reaching a total length of 920 mt. and 3 floating docks. A total of 250 berths are offered for boats reaching a maximum length of 35 mt.

When approaching the ports, it is recommended to keep a fair distance from Punta Niedda so as to avoid the shallows. The approach is located on the Punta Niedda – Torre di Portoscudu alignment, where the seabed reaches a maximum depth of 16 mt.

The marina management office is open daily from h 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to provide information to customers and to satisfy curiosity and inquiries. On the other hand, marina access hours are continuous.

The docks are illuminated. Electricity and drinking water supply is provided, as well as garbage collection service. Mooring service is available and there is a slipway.

The fuel station is located at the dock and is accessible to customers from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week.

Customers will be able to use the toilets and showers provided by the marina and the wi-fi Internet network, which is present throughout the ports.

There is ample parking for automobiles. The parking lot and the entire marina area are monitored 24 hours a day by the video surveillance system, which ensures the total security of the boats moored in the ports.

There is also a weather service, to find accurate and up-to-date weather information, and a car or bike rental center, to set out to discover the wonders of the hinterland. There is a supermarket inside the campsite, located 15 minutes away from the marina.

To reach the city of Cagliari or the airport, there is a bus connection service.

Do you need to sell your boat? You are in the right place! yachtdigest.com is in fact the largest online portal on recreational boating and in this section you will be able to write your ad for free if you want to sell your boat. Adding a new sales message is very simple and intuitive as is finding a boat you are interested in buying, but to make your listing even more appealing, we want to give you some general but important pointers that you can follow if you wish.

First of all, try to personalize your ad, describing the history of the boat and perhaps the reason why you are selling it, this way you will gain more trust from the reader.

You can call it “half-new” if it is almost new, or “used” by specifying whether or not it is in good condition. It indicates the condition of the engines, the year of registration, how many owners it has had-most importantly, it indicates whether the boat has been owned by a single owner: it increases interest to those reading the ad.

The goodness of your craft must shine through in your message, because before you can convince someone, you yourself must be convinced that the product is good.

It is important that no spelling errors are made in the advertisement, so reread the message well before putting it online. The language then must be clear and simple, understandable to all.

It serves to attract interest and induce the reader to continue reading; it is the most important part and should summarize in one line the whole message we want to give. Unfortunately, you don’t have much chance to stand out much except with something really original to attract attention. So focus on truly original details of the boat, its real qualities: in the yachtdigest.com portal this brief summary will appear by hovering over the picture of the boat with the mouse.

It is important to clearly include the general record of the vessel. Always enter: shipyard, model, length, width, draft, engines, number of cabins, year of construction, price.

In the boat sheet accurately enter all boat details, standard and extra equipment. It is useful to communicate many details and details for those who are really interested and will continue reading beyond the first few lines.

Suggest to the reader who wants to buy the best features of your craft, and do not indicate-unless it is necessary to inform the buyer in advance-information that might negatively influence the reader.

Always indicate the price. Unless you absolutely do not want to deal, we recommend adding the words “price negotiable” which gives an incentive for the buyer to contact you.
