The ports of Gela is a port of refuge for small boats and local fishing vessels. The harbor is bordered by two converging piers and consists internally of a shore quay and an additional docked pier from the outer Levant pier. The dock designated for pleasure craft is the Levante dock occupied by local boats while transit berthing is allowed near the shipyard. It offers 120 berths of up to 20 meters in length and 4.5 meters draft. The gas station is located along the North Quay and refueling is limited to daylight hours.
