Marina de València opens to the city, the Mediterranean and the world. It opens its ports to culture, creativity, innovation, education and entrepreneurship and consolidates itself as the epicenter of sailing and tourism. Among all and sundry, we are building the future of Valencia. If you also look at the horizon, you will find your space here, with that desire we work from Consorci València 2007, the agency that manages La Marina. Our mission is to get you back to the sea. Because the story of La Marina is our story. Its origin is that of a small pier, probably before the conquest of Jaume I, which grew in company with the city. Today we see a modernist architectural legacy, mirroring the golden age of an exporting València. The celebration of the 32nd America’s Cup (2007) put the Marina on the nautical tourism map and promoted the transformation of the northern area. To promote Valencia’s bid as a venue for the competition and execute the necessary actions, the central government, the Generalitat Valenciana and the City Council created the Valencia 2007 Consortium. Today we are heading towards new challenges: the public appropriation of this public space, its productive activation and its agile, sustainable and efficient management. Much more than a marina … With more than one million m2, Valencia Marina is the largest port in Europe, one of the most modern in the Mediterranean, and a dynamic space where you can enjoy boating, culture, creativity, gastronomy, and sports.
