Port Olimpic

Consolidated as an iconic area of Barcelona with 740 berths and 85 commercial establishments, the Port Olympic Port of Barcelona was built for the celebration of the Barcelona Olympic Games in 1992.

It is integrated within the ornamental set of the Olympic Village in the heart of the maritime area of Barcelona, surrounded by beaches and gardens and significant buildings such as the Mapfre Tower or the Hotel Arts, being what we could describe as an “Urban Port” of its great ease of access from all points including public transportation such as the subway (Line 4 CIUDADELA) or the different buses (lines 36, 45, 59, 71) that go to the Olympic Port. A port dedicated to the environment, where all the necessary resources are provided so that the user also acquires such effortless commitment and makes the practice of navigation a pleasant activity for the marine environment.

The result of this policy are ISO 9001, 14001, EMAS and Blue Flag certifications granted year after year.

Careful functionality allows you to have moorings from 7 to 30 meters in length, all with the services that only modern ports can offer, an unbeatable service at your disposal to experience the sea, the sea up close. Port Olímpic is an open port, conceived and designed to provide Barcelona with nautical facilities and services, along with a wide range of gastronomic and recreational activities, at the height demanded by our emblematic city.

Far from being just a marina, Port Olímpic is a busy and vibrant center for society, offering endless activities such as sports, cultural, charitable, gastronomic and recreational events … so that both citizens of the Catalan capital, as well as the thousands of tourists who visit the city every day, can enjoy this magnificent environment and facilities in contact with the sea. In the sports sector, we experience the electrifying Thousand Miles Regatta – Spanish Height Championship, which will give the output in mid-July, and is the ports of arrival for the brave sailors who cross the difficult route to the Mediterranean. The famous regattas that celebrate the Port Olímpic Sea Club on weekends, with classic events such as the Christmas Regatta, with more than 20 years of tradition, or the wide range of nautical activities that take place every day in the waters of the port, light sailing, paddle surfing, corporate events, organized by the wide range of companies located in the port, which transform our facilities into an endless array of sports facilities for all ages.
