An ancient Venetian dockyard
San Felice harbor rises in a natural site, already used by the Serenissima close to the fort of the “Lupa” and the ancient “Murazzi,” which completely protect it from the prevailing winds. Since it is well sheltered the landing is possible in all months of the year, 24 hours a day.
It is a dock established in 2008, built with wooden pilings of about 4,000m and formed by floating bridges that can give berthing to 500 boats of the maximum size of 30m.
How to access the ports
The dock is located near the mouth of Chioggia harbor and Sottomarina beach. To enter, one must Circumnavigate the red lighthouse located on the ancient Fort San Felice.
Fishing and swimming are prohibited within the San Felice Ports.
