Si chiama Rio Center Napoli e dagli anni โ80 รจ la filiale diretta dello storico cantiere bergamasco Rio Yachts. Situata nella meravigliosa porzione di terra che si estende da Napoli a Pozzuoli, la filiale Rio รจ da quasi 30 anni un prestigioso centro di riferimento per lโesigente flotta di armatori del centro-sud Italia.
Cortesia e disponibilitร , tratti distintivi dellโiconico marchio, regnano anche tra le mura della sede napoletana dove ad accoglierci calorosamente รจ Maurizio Micillo, Direttore Commerciale centro-sud Italia.
โIl mio rapporto con Rio Yachts รจ iniziato nel โ98 con Luigi Scarani e la moglie Anna ed oggi prosegue con il figlio Piergiorgioโ, mi racconta Maurizio, con una “lieve” inflessione napoletana, โquello in Rio รจ un percorso di successo che mi ha consentito non solo di vendere barche ma anche di avere clienti fedeli e felici di avere un Rio Yacht. Siamo qui da oltre 20 anni, sempre ci saremo, questo per i nostri clienti รจ molto importanteโ.ย
Ora come allora il cantiere si pone in prima persona di curare con attenzione l’esigenze dei suoi fedeli armatori tanto durante la fase di acquisto quanto nelle delicate fasi che seguono alla vendita, intraprendendo azioni di serio customer careย e meticolosa assistenza al cliente.
La penetrazione degli storici scafi Rio, incarnazione della Dolce Vita, รจ da sempre stata massiccia al centro-sud e la lungimiranza della famiglia Scarani lโha assecondata in toto. La filiale Rio รจ un salone nautico in miniatura dove Maurizio accoglie armatori da ogni dove Sicilia, Calabria, Puglia, Campania prestando assistenza a 360ยฐ tutti i giorni dell’anno.
Ed infatti quando chiedo a Maurizio come trascorre le proprie vacanze, lui sorride e senza esitazione alcuna risponde fiero:
“Le mie vacanze sonoย in barca e al telefono con i miei clienti. Le barche sono barche e noi dobbiamo esserci quando serve. Siamo una squadra fortissima che ha due punti di forza: la competenza e la disponibilitร assoluta”.
La sede di Napoli vende mediamente 15 barche all’anno, anche nei periodi di crisi il trend di vendite pare non averne patito gli effetti, anzi. Se in piรน osserviamo che l’attuale ripresa nautica interessa anche il sud Italia con regioni come Campania e Sicilia a farne da traino, ecco che allora i conti dell’Ingegner Scarani tornano.
Nel mare blu del golfo campano si naviga tutto l’anno, da un’isola all’altra, tra un paesaggio mozzafiato e l’altro, e talvolta la vera vetrina del cantiere non รจ altro che il mare incantato del golfo di Napoli.
“Qualche anno fa avevo preso, questa volta per me, un Rio 46 Art per andare in ferie con la mia famiglia. Mentre ero allโancora un famoso avvocato napoletano, amico di amici, colpito dall’imbarcazione, ha insistito per salire a bordo e vedere la barca. Ha voluto acquistarla a tutti i costi. Morale: il giorno dopo lui era un cliente felice ed io cercavo una soluzione alternativa per le mie ferieโฆโ
Sulle vetrate d’ingresso dello “showroom” napoletano compare la scritta azzurra 1961-2018, a far bene i conti sono 57 le candeline che il cantiere spegnerร quest’anno. 57 anni che Rio costruisce non solo scafi ma solidi legami con i proprio armatori curati da sempre con la dedizione, l’entusiasmo e l’impegno di chi si dedica al proprio mestiere con profonda passione.
