Sanremo Food Festival: buon cibo in banchina a Portosole

Se nemmeno in inverno riuscite a stare lontani dal mare, se avete già voglia di camminare lungo le banchine magari mangiando buon cibo e bevendo un buon bicchiere, non potete perdervi il Sanremo Food Festival. L’evento si svolgerà dal 5 al 14 febbraio 2016 all’interno della Marina Resort Portosole, e sarà il primo evento dedicato al cibo di strada in Liguria. Street_food_locandina_web_def-01

Il Sanremo Food Festival vedrà la banchina del porto di Portosole riempirsi di food trucks, i camioncini che preparano e vendono cibo, stand di vinerie e birrifici artigianali (e ovviamente di un’area dedicata ai bambini). I food trucks arrivano da quasi tutte le regioni d’Italia, ma anche da altri paesi, e offrono prodotti per tutti i gusti. L’evento, aperto dalle 16 alle 2 ogni giorno dal 5 al 14 febbraio, è gratuito.

Avevamo già parlato delle attività del Gruppo Cozzi Parodi, e l’animazione delle banchine di Portosole con l’idea del Food Festival è solo una delle tante. Presente anche al Salone di Düsseldorf per presentare i tanti progetti, il Gruppo Cozzi Parodi è molto attivo nel campo delle costruzioni edili, nella gestione di impianti turistico-ricettivi e nella vendita immobiliare. Oltre ai Marina di Portosole, Marina degli Aregai e Marina di San Lorenzo, il gruppo gestisce dei resort storici e golf resort, ed è anche attento alle iniziative culturali. Sono in fase di realizzazione tre musei – uno ovviamente dedicato alle barche d’epoca, gli altri due alle biciclette e alle armi, ma nell’attesa cogliere l’occasione di visitare la splendida città di Sanremo mangaindo buon cibo non ci sembra una cattiva idea.
