Shaddai: uno yacht per desideri di onnipotenza

Un design che non lascia indifferenti, nel bene o nel male, quello di Shaddai, il mega yacht disegnato da Gabriele Teruzzi con lo scopo di far sentire chiunque salirร  a bordo “come se fosse in paradiso”. A partire dal nome, che in ebraico significa “Onnipotente”, Shaddai รจ esagerato. E’ lungo 150 mteri, ma soprattutto si ispira a concetti di design dell’architettura contemporanea che poco hanno a che fare con la nautica.

L’idea che sta dietro al coraggioso disegno รจ quella di salire verso l’alto, e infatti la caratteristica che piรน colpisce nei rendering del progetto รจ la cabina sopraelevata (una terza possibilitร  nella piรน tradizionale distinzione tra cabina armatoriale a poppa o a prua…). A quasi 40 metri sul livello del mare, la cabina non si limita ad una camera da letto e un bagno, ma include un bar, un salotto e una terrazza che si estende per 100 metri quadrati, con tanto di piscina. Il tutto con pareti di vetro che davvero danno l’idea di trovarsi in cielo.

Anche chi starร  nei ponti inferiori godrร , nell’idea di Teruzzi, di comfort e lusso di livello altissimo: l’area relax รจ di oltre 300 metri quadrati, e si sviluppa intorno ad un acquario e ad una piscina. La terza piscina di Shaddai si trova sul secondo ponte, ed รจ interamente realizzata in cristallo per fungere da soffitto trasparente alla zona relax. Sul ponte a livello del mare, la scenografia di Shaddai รจ completata da una cascata d’acqua.

Va da sรจ che nella mente del suo creatore, tutto a bordo dovrร  essere estremamente curato: mobili, materiali e tessuti di prestigiose case di moda e di arredamento, rifiniture lussuose. Per adesso Shaddai รจ solo un’idea, un disegno, e chissร  se qualcuno dei tycoon in giro per il mondo deciderร  di provare a saziare il proprio desiderio di onnipotenza facendolo costruire. A quel punto, forse, potremo anche provare ad immaginare quanto potrร  costare.
