Speciale METS, ecco il fuoribordo diesel di Yanmar

Yanmar, come molti sanno, ha prodotto per piรน di vent’anni un motore diesel fuoribordo gettonatissimo nel mondo dei professionisti del mare. Per le caratteristiche congenite (robustezza, consumi ridotti, sicurezza del combustibile) piaceva molto a chi lavorava nei porti, nel campo del turismo (escursioni, sub ecc…), della pesca, ma anche nel militare o a chiunque lo usasse come mezzo di servizioย di servizio per farlo girare tante ore all’anno.

Nel 2007 Yanmar ha perรฒ smesso di produrlo, principalmente a causa delle piรน stringenti norme anti inquinamento, oltre che per la crisi economica che stava colpendo il settore nautico e non solo. Ora eccolo tornare in anteprima al Mets, completamente nuovo, proprio sulla base di una massiccia richiesta dal mondo dei professioni della nautica.

E’ stato sviluppato in collaborazione con la tedesca Nender, ha 50 HP di potenza all’elica, 111 Nm di coppia, ha due cilindri in linea per una cubatura di 804 cc. Ha tirbo ed intercooler ed un peso di 175 kg.

Lo abbiamo visto al Mets di Amsterdam e, per essere un 50 HP รจ decisamente un gran “bestione” (come si nota dalle foto) che arriverร  sul mercato a metร  delย 2016 e sicuramente, al di lร  delle dimensioni e peso impegnativi, troverร  il suo (consistente) spicchio di mercato.
