Uno yacht di 47 metri? Per qualcuno รจ troppo piccolo

Giร , per il giovane magnate russo Kirill Pisarev e la sua famiglia (moglie e quattro figli), il superyacht di 47 metri che vedete nelle foto รจ troppo piccolo, e per questo ha deciso di venderlo. Pisarev ha acquistato lo yacht nel 2010, ma dopo qualche tempo a bordo si รจ accorto che era troppo piccolo, quindi l’ha venduto ad un altro magnate russo nel 2012 e ha commissionato un nuovo yacht di 55 metri per sรฉ e la sua famiglia. Nel frattempo, perรฒ, Pisarev l’ha utilizzato tra Montecarlo e i Caraibi, accogliendo clienti e partner d’affari, ma anche moglie e figli per le vacanze.

E la compagnia di broker che ha gestito l’acquisto, fornito gli equipaggi, e, sostiene, mostrato lo yacht al magnate russo che poi lo ha acquistato da Pisarev, reclama il pagamento delle commissioni arretrate. Pisarev risponde che il nuovo proprietario lo yacht l’ha acquistato da lui, che l’agenzia รจ stata interpellata per la vendita dopo che il nuovo proprietario aveva visto la barca e che quindi lui non gli deve una lira. La stessa richiesta da parte dei broker era giร  stata respinta due anni fa, e adesso ci penserร  la Corte di Londra a redimere la questione.
