The boat has been used very little and always kept in perfect condition, the engine always kept to perfection changed muffler exhaust pipe but never presented problems, engine and hull maintenance always done, forestay and furler changed 4 years ago, never had osmosis problems.

The boat has the awning the mainsail cover and spray guard. Mainsail and genoa are not new but by not racing she has always done very well anyway. There are no works to be done or rather not those related to boating safety and structure compliance.
