The living room has a hatch and extra windows, the living room is super bright and spacious.

All cabins have fans.

2021 underwater cleaning done. Replacement of rudder bearings with new technology material and system. 3500 euro cost.

-Autopilot motor and the whole renewed system.

-There are 2 chartplotters inside and out. Installed a new Garmin 2023 model.

-Lewmar 1500w, 10mm – 70mtr (Installation of a remote control for the anchor windlass. You can control the windlass anywhere on the boat).

-Main sail and Genoa purchased 4 years ago and used very little, not used in bad weather.

-4 years ago the whole rigging system was renewed with one size thicker wires, the mast was dismantled, the compass rose was also renewed. The whole thing cost 8500 euros.

-2 refrigerators with 1 freezer. Can produce ice.

-2 fresh water tank\ 500 liters.

-Engine maintenance done every May before summer. Exhaust elbow, seawater pump renewed, exhaust silencer (water block) renewed.

Toilet pipes cleaned every year.

-Engine – volvo penta D2-55h, 3280 h, 210ltr diesel tank. Most powerful model preferred for a 12.70-meter boat.

-Additional space in the bow area near the rudder.

New cockpit speakers. Both interior and exterior.
